Imagine a day filled with back to back lectures\, each delivered by a luminary in the field\, creating an experience of Masonic education that is both enriching and thrilling. \nWht Attend our Masonic Con  \nThis year’s conference is being held at the Rock Garden location of the Royal Botanical Garden\, in the sun-filled atrium and gives participants day-long access to the grounds and the famous “mindfulness walk”. \nWhat better way to centre the mind to prepare for a day of Masonic education and enlightenment! DESCRIPTION:Brethren and Masonic Friends: \nAttached is an invitation to a “Pot Luck Dinner”\, from our Entertainment Committee\, whose members consist of Brothers Herb Schroeder\, Jack Zajac\, Nick Barboutsis\, Ted Green and Phil Sidhwa. \nIt all takes place\, Friday\, November 17th at 6:30pm\, at the Oakville Masonic Hall. \nIn addition to the details in the attached flyer\, please note the following: \n– There is no charge for this event. \n– This is a casual social gathering to meet and enjoy each other’s company. \n– Brethren of Trafalgar Lodge\, friends of our Lodge\, with wives/partners are all encouraged to attend. \n– Please bring some stories with you to share\, along with your favourite food dish. \nNote there are no heating ovens/stoves\, but a microwave or two is available. \n– Please bring your own cutlery\, if possible\, and refreshments.  We will have cups and some spare cutlery if needed. \n– A special guest speaker has been arranged – the amazing Lee Parkhill\, Herb Schroeder’s grandson\, who will have just returned as a competitor at the Pan-Am games in Chile\, and who has represented Canada at the Olympic games. Canada ends 2023 Pan American Games with four medals in sailing\, the country’s best haul since 2003 \nLee Parkhill\, the guest speaker at our Potluck Dinner\, has just won the gold medal at the Pan American Games!\nOur W.M. and your Entertainment Committee look forward to seeing everyone there! \nBest fraternal wishes\, \nJohn Williams \nSecretary
