Official Visit to Beach Lodge No. 475 (Trafalgar No.712 the Accompanying Lodge)

Brethren,
As you are aware, we have our District Deputy Grand Master’s Official Visit to Beach Lodge No. 475 on March 6th.and we are the accompanying lodge that evening. Dinner will be served at 18:30hrs and the evening’s work will be a 2nd Degree.
As you would expect, I have been asked to forward a list of members and total number of Trafalgar Brethren who’ll be attending in order to assure the appropriate number of meals are available.
Would you therefore, please forward me your name and confirmation of your attendance for dinner, just to lodge or both on or prior to Friday, February 24, 2023?
